I’ve worked with many people who have tried a variety of means to reduce and manage their weight, but were unsuccessful until they worked with me. The program I have for weight management does not use a diet of any kind - as many people who have tried dieting know, diets do not work! My program combines Behavioral Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy to help you succeed in managing your weight in a way that fits into your lifestyle and at the same time, seems effortless on your part. This program consists of a series one hour, one-on-one sessions of Behavioral Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy, as well as a customized CD to use at home for daily reinforcement of healthy life styles. Contact Chris for complete details on this program.

In the past 20 years, I’ve developed a program to help clients stop smoking or using tobacco in any form that is very successful and works very quickly. This program combines Behavioral Kinesiology with Hypnotherapy to help people who want to quit smoking or using tobacco, and it is unlike any other program you may have tried. The program consists of four sessions, each one hour in length, a customized CD for use at home for daily reinforcement of healthy life styles, and optional additional sessions for 1 year at a reduced rate. is the therapeutic use of hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can be used safely and effectively for a variety of goals, such as pain management, stress reduction, improvement in sports performance, weight loss, and smoking cessation, and lends itself very well as a reinforcement of positive changes accomplished through the use of kinesiology.
The state of hypnosis can best be described as that point where the conscious and subconscious minds are on an equal plane; information flows freely between both parts, and any needed changes in point of view can be put in place on all levels at the same time. When hypnotized, the body is very relaxed, but the mind is very focused while at the same time calm. When in a relaxed, calm state, the subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and affirmations, and accepts them readily.
Regardless of what is portrayed in movies, hypnotherapy cannot be used to make a person do things which are outside of his own moral character. During a hypnotherapy session, the client is always aware of what is going on and in total control of their mind and body. As a hypnotherapist, I act as a guide, helping my clients achieve their goals in ways that are appropriate for them.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful and effective tool that I use to help my clients achieve their goals. Here are some comments from actual clients:
"After my first session with you, I lost 5 pounds in less than a week! Thank You!!!" D.F.
"I want to thank you for your help with my skiing! This past weekend was our last race weekend and I placed third in two races and first in one. I felt way more relaxed in the course. My teammates commented on how well I did and that they were glad to see me back on track! I am looking forward to my next trip to Colorado in two weeks." P.G.
"After just 3 sessions, my relationship with food has changed! I’m not snacking at night any more, and I’m satisfied with eating less - I'm already starting to lose weight. I don’t know how you did it, but I love it!" D.D.
